Any employee who wants to serve on a hiring or interview committee and wants to be an equity representative must first complete this training course. You can attend training at any district or campus location.

(This training meets the requirements of the EEO Plan Component 8: Training for Screening/Selection Committees as mandated by the Title 5 Regulations, section 5300 et. seq.)
