Office of Equity, Institutional Effectiveness, and Innovation
Our office coordinates and supports institutional planning and reporting, research, and professional development.
Our goal is to provide the College with the resources it needs to ensure all students have opportunities to reach their educational goals, with specific focus on closing equity gaps experienced by students who are disproportionately impacted at ARC, including African American, Black, Native American, Latinx, Asian American Pacific Islander, and LGBTQ2IA+ students.
Our work is guided by the College’s institutional planning.
We work in coordination with College Administrators, Governance Councils and Teams, and the Student, Classified, and Academic Senates and their constituencies to guide and support the College’s implementation of the Institutional Equity Plan, the Professional Development & Training Plan, the Integrated Planning Guide, and the Participatory Governance and Integrated Strategic Planning Framework.
