CRC Music Department welcomes Sacramento Flute Club and the 10th Annual Flute Festival. The special guests this year include Brittany Trotter and Anthony Trionfo.
The mission of the Sacramento Flute Club is to expand the art of playing the flute for the greater Sacramento music community through cooperative education and ensemble experiences for all ages and abilities.
The Sacramento Flute Club is a community of flute players providing educational and performance opportunities for all flutists in the Sacramento area. Founded as a non-profit in 2015, its membership includes all ages and abilities of those interested in the flute. It includes public and private school students, teachers, college music majors, adults returning to the flute, flute choir members, band directors, flutists active in their church, music business retailers, professional performers, and college teachers.
The annual Flute Festival has something for everyone; masterclasses, recitals, Flute Choir reading, exhibit room, participatory lecture–demos and a Flute Choir performance for all participants.
*Please note that only the masterclass presentation and flute retail displays are open to the public.
