Recognizing that schedules very busy during the spring, Hotep Consultants has offered additional opportunities for Classified Professionals to engage in focus group discussions as part of the Equitable Outcomes Assessment that was conducted last semester. The purpose of these focus groups is for the invited consultants to learn more about the employee experience at ARC. This work is being undertaken to ensure ARC is working towards the Los Rios Board goal of "Ensur[ing] equitable academic achievement across all racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and gender groups."
