Reimagining Our Campus: Meet the Lionakis Team and Help Shape the Future of Davies Hall

Beginning Fall 2025, American River College is taking a bold step into the future with the removal and replacement of Davies Hall. As we look ahead to creating a new, state-of-the-art facility, we invite you to be part of the visioning process from the very beginning.

Join us for a special Flex workshop and meet the dynamic architectural team from Lionakis, the firm our hiring committee selected to guide us through this transformational project. The Lionakis team will introduce themselves, share their experience with campus design, and walk us through their collaborative process for gathering input and ensuring that stakeholder voices—students, faculty, classified professionals, and administrators—are reflected throughout every phase of the project, from initial concepts through the day we open the doors.

This session is your opportunity to:

• Learn about the timeline, goals, and design approach for the new building
• Ask questions about the process and possibilities
• Begin sharing your ideas, needs, and aspirations for the spaces that will support teaching, learning, and community for generations to come
