Description
This training invites educators and staff to approach academic integrity and behavioral concerns through a humanized, empathetic, prioritizing understanding, dialogue, and connection to supportive campus resources before turning to formal conduct processes.
Participants will explore strategies for intentionally cultivating learning environments that honor each student’s unique identity and foster belonging and inclusion - an essential practice in today’s diverse and dynamic educational landscape. The session will also emphasize the importance of elevating student voice and self-determination by centering students’ lived experiences and perspectives, ensuring their needs and aspirations guide how we teach, support, and engage with them.
