An Overview of Professional Development at ARC

Are you new to ARC, or just looking for a refresher on how Professional Development works? This session is designed to walk ARC faculty through everything you need to know about Flex and PD at American River College. We will cover what Flex Days are and how they fit into the academic calendar, the different types of professional development activities that count toward your flex obligation, how to report and record your flex hours, and where to find additional resources and information throughout the semester. 

Whether you are fulfilling your obligation for the first time or just need a reminder of how the process works, this session will give you the tools and confidence to navigate PD at ARC.

Attendance at this professional development activity is limited to LRCCD employees and invited participants.
