Flex Event Graphic

For all incoming tenure-track faculty at ARC, the New Faculty Learning Community (NFLC) is a cohort-based program where new faculty can build community and reflect on their practices. We’ll start our Flex Week session with breakfast hosted by the culinary arts program, followed by a campus tour led by a Student Ambassador. Then we’ll end the day discussing practical strategies for success and collaborating to design our upcoming cohort experience.

Attendance at this professional development activity is limited to new/incoming tenure-track faculty at ARC and invited participants.
