Join the Center for Teaching and Learning for a special literary event featuring Brad Buchanan, Professor of English Emeritus at Sacramento State and acclaimed author of poetry, memoir, and fiction. Buchanan will read from his recent work and speak about the craft of writing, the power of story, and the ways literature helps us make meaning out of illness, identity, memory, and survival.
This event invites faculty, students, and the broader college community into a rich conversation about creative practice, literary voice, and the enduring relevance of storytelling in higher education and beyond. A moderated conversation and audience Q&A will follow the reading.
