Please join us for the third, and final part of an engaging platica series with renowned author Renya Grande! Mexican American Author of The Distance Between us and A Dream Called Home joins the community to talk about her journey as a first generation, undocumented, immigrant paving her own path to and through college. Our aim is to host a space in which we can all come together with our familias, families, to showcase the wealth within our own communities. Bring your friends, comments, questions, and your experiences as students, staff, faculty, administrators, and community members to a day that embraces National Hispanic Heritage Month!  Attendance at this professional development activity is limited to LRCCD employees and invited participants.
