New things are always happening in California.Title 5 has been revised to ensure course outlines include approaches to accessibility, inclusion, and equitable outcomes. The State Chancellor’s Office will shift attendance accounting from an instructional-hours framework to a units-earned framework.

This hands-on and personalized workshop grows from the updates shared in the Curriculum Updates session. Topics include looking at familiar parts of a course outline with fresh eyes, assessing the impacts of aligning hours and units, analyzing and adopting a CCN template, and creating or revising existing curriculum.

This presentation introduces faculty and staff to the full scope of Beaver Cares services, including our Food Pantry and satellite pantry resources, Technology and Transportation assistance, CalFresh support, emergency housing referrals, Diaper Pantry services, and financial wellness tools.
