Safe Space Online brings ARC's traditional LGBTQIA+ Safe Space program to the virtual world, allowing participants to build their LGBTQIA+ allyship skills, and learn about LGBTQIA+ identities, activism, support, and inclusive best practices, all from the comfort of their home or office, at any time or any day. This self-paced micro-course is for all ARC faculty and staff and will earn you three hours of flex upon completion. Enrolled participants should expect to dedicate approximately three hours to this course and will watch videos, read articles, and complete a reflection survey. Individuals who complete this course will receive a digital badge and can receive up to three hours of flex time.
