Program Map Drop-In Lab

ARC’s program maps are changing this spring, and the Program Paths Committee wants faculty to be aware of what is going on and have the ability to provide input. Starting fall 2025, our Associate Degrees for Transfer (ADTs) will be using the new Cal-GETC general education (GE) pattern and our local AA/AS degrees will allow the option of using Cal-GETC or the newly revised local GE pattern. Also, last semester many of our ADTs had their course lists revised, so departments need to update their maps to reflect those changes. And, ARC’s 2025-26 program maps have been redesigned to explicitly list course prerequisites.

Because of these changes, every program map at the college is being updated for republication in April.This drop-in lab provides faculty an opportunity to view their department’s revised program maps and provide input regarding certain changes. Faculty are welcome to drop by any time during the lab and stay as long as they like to review and update their maps.

Attendance at this professional development activity is limited to LRCCD employees and invited participants.
