If you are unsure of how to use (or not use) AI in the classroom, or have been tinkering but want a space to chat or check in with others about using it, then this flex event is for you! I will focus on using AI as a feedback tool for writing and specifically from the ESL department lens, but many of my strategies and approaches can be applied in many other departments as well. I will provide sample activities and blurbs that I include in my syllabi, but will also leave time for an open discussion about using (or not using) AI in your own classroom. No previous experience with AI needed! Attendance at this professional development activity is limited to LRCCD employees and invited participants.
