Campus Operations at American River College supports the college’s mission to provide students with academically rich and inclusive environments to achieve their career, academic, and personal goals.

Campus Operations encompasses Custodial, Warehouse, Receiving, Office Operations, Print, and Sign Shop services for our main campus, the Sacramento Regional Public Safety Training Center, and the ARC Natomas Center. We are also a liaison between District’s Facility Management Services and the Los Rios Police Department. Together, we provide American River College with strategies and information as we provide a variety of services.

Classroom and/or space is too Hot or Cold; Ask for a Temperature check
Report maintenance issues
Scheduled or Unscheduled Unlocks
Door and Lock issues
Plumbing issues such as clogged drains, toilets, or any leaks
Elevator malfunctions
Odors such as gas, burning, or chemical smells
Lighting issues
Power loss
Repairs that could pose a hazard or impact property
Clean-ups such as spills, broken glass or graffiti
Restocking of restroom supplies
Key and/or Access Card requests
Transportation reservations
Set up requests for campus events or meetings

If there is a facility issue or facility emergency Outside of business hours (examples: items listed in black above), please call the Los Rios Police Department (LRPD) at (916) 558-2221. Dial “0” to speak to Dispatch directly. LRPD Dispatch will contact Facilities Management.

In case of a medical emergency, please call 911 and follow up with LRPD at (916) 558-2221. LRPD helps facilitate emergency access.
