What is Service Central?

Service Central is a districtwide support portal where you can request IT services or get support for IT issues in one place. Through Service Central, you can submit a request to IT for computer support, software (for example, Adobe Acrobat), hardware (for example, a computer monitor), or access to tools/systems (for example, Zoom or Canvas). You can also submit requests for marketing, website, directory, graphic design, and video services, as well as report bugs with our websites and other technology systems.

All students and employees across all colleges and the District Office use Service Central for IT, marketing, and website support.
