Campus Construction
At any given time there are multiple projects happening at the ARC main campus and the ARC centers. Projects range from capital improvements such as new construction to small renovation projects that address issues across campus.
Current Impacts on Campus:
- Closure of Beaver Parkway to through traffic at the construction site for the new Tech Ed Building 2/24/2023 - 3/16/2023
- Complete Library Closure for remediation 3/13/2023 - 4/3/2023
- Concrete Cutting 3/10/2023 - TBD
- Intermittent walkways closures due to outdoor drought mitigation work

Facilities Master Plan
American River College has engaged in a thorough and comprehensive process to assess and evaluate our facility needs focusing on how we can best serve current and future students’ needs. This draft plans address:
- Needs for new facilities
- Modernization of existing facilities
- Needs for districtwide infrastructure improvements
