Request access for Maintenance Connection

To sign up for Maintenance Connection access, please follow the instructions below to start the process. FM will receive your request and grant access after they complete their review

Instructions

  • Go to maintenanceconnection.com and sign up as a first-time user.
  • Select that you are not a member.
  • Enter the following Connection key: lrcc
  • Complete name, e-mail, member ID (W+employeeID), password. It is recommended that you do not use the same password that you use for your normal login.
  • Select Facilities Maintenance Repair Center

Maintenance connection is used to submit work orders for campus requests, repairs, emergencies, etc. Access to Maintenance Connection is limited to area offices due to licensing. Please report any requests to your AA, Clerk or Dean to have a work order submitted.

Once work orders are received by the Operations department they are then routed to the corresponding department to be completed. Work orders are routed to Custodial, Maintenance, FM or to office staff.

Work orders typically consist of one item

  • Work orders
  • Cleaning
  • Emergencies (no hot water, loss of electricity, hazardous situation, etc.)
  • Repair/modification (broken door, light not working, fix furniture, etc.)
  • Paint
  • Event set-ups
  • Hot/Cold calls (temperature checks)
  • Surplus (items that need to be removed)
